A good piece of chocolate has about 200 calories. If you enjoy 2 servings per day, and a few more on weekends, you consume 3,500 calories a week, which equals about 1 pound. Therefore........ in the last 3 1/2 years, you have had a chocolate caloric intake of 180 pounds, so if you weigh 165 pounds, for example, without chocolate you would have wasted away to nothing about 3 months ago. You owe your life to chocolate. Do the math.
