http://www.clown-forum.com/juggling/...ed-succes.html
plus there are a bunch of how to videos on you tube
if you can find someone you know that knows how to juggle and try to get them to have you use your non dominant hand and they use the opposite hand for some side by side juggling i have had some real good success teaching that way
and finnally make it to the spring fling for my juggling workshop lol

There are numerous threads about juggling and many of them have helps along with links to favorite websites and even video clips to help people learn. It looks like you posted this in the right section, now it is merely a matter of reading the other threads.
Another option is attending the Clown Forum Spring Fling March 24th - 27th in South Bend, IN. There will be a class or two on juggling and hours of workshops as people work together on all types of juggling.

This is great help. I'm guessing I shouldn't start with chainsaws!

Why not? If you can successfully handle chainsaws, all else will come easy!

I went from balls, to rings, to clubs, Now I'm going to try bounce juggling, and eventually cigar boxes.
If you are starting with balls first, try bean bags or something that doesn't roll very far when you drop them... This will save you a lot of leg work

Great suggestion. BTW, cigar boxes? Don't those come with a warning on the side of the boxes!

Also practice on your knees, it is not so different from standing up and you have to bend over less when you drop. Remember juggling is just dropping with style.
