You could work up your own sponges for some sponge magic. You'll want to get the large pore type of sponges - the beige-ish ones that kinda look like coral. Trim them down with an exacto or sharp scissors to form a "ball" - you'll need at least 3, preferably 4.
You can dye them for a stand out effect - reds or greens tend to stand out on any color skin, so I recommend some tint of those colors - you'll want all 4 to be the same color (you can make 1 different colored one for a swap trick - I'd keep it simple and go all red or all green.)
Walmart stocks some metal tumblers/shakers that you can make into a fairly nice looking cup and ball routine - get the little fuzzy balls from the craft section while in the store.
Do you have a Thumb Tip?
Will you have an assistant that you can seed into the audience?
A ton of rope tricks you can do with any rope. You can buy some decent quality rope from Lowes or Home Depot.

Not magic - but you can build your own juggling balls with 7" round balloons, Rice, and Sandwich Bags.
You own juggling clubs with plastic soda bottles, tape, dowell rods, and a few other tools - search these forums for my post on "Green Club Project"
