Welcome.
I don't work for any one so I'm not sure what to say, but I'm sure some here can advise you.

If it were me. I'd check around find out who the local clowns are and fees they charge, then approach them about some type of business arrangement. As your new [in your business] if you deal with an established clown, they'll aready be experience and you wouldn't have to worry about working with some one that's decided to do it, but has no training. An established clown could help build your party business, and you would give them more exposeure.

Again I have never done this, I do get referrals from a local busness here just as a courtesy. So others would be better to advise you in this.

Check with your local mangic or costume shop. they may have a board that you can get some contacts from.
Welcome to the forum!
Cheers!

Have you checked with your local Red Cross? Scruffy and I are members of our local Red Cross clown troupe. They check everyone out during the application process. You might be able to find someone reliable through them. Or, if they don't have a clown troupe, they might be able to refer you to a charity or other organization who could help you.

Nyssa,

Check my post under Party Clowning & you'll see my party outline. This is such an open ended question & very intensive to answer. I am sure everybody here is willing to help you, however, I would encourage you to read throughout this site, there are hundreds of posts throughout this forum in past archives where clowns share their b-day party ideas & business knowledge!

Good luck & God Bless!!

Sparkles!

Hi Nyssa

I'm new to the site, but have been doing parties for a couple of years now. I do an act with magic and juggling, then facepainting, games if there's time and I finish off with simple balloon animals. It takes about 2 hours in all.

Hope this helps.
