Chats
If I see someone signed in while I am, can I start a chat with that person as a newbie clown. I have noticed there are some things that require either/or/and time since registration or number of posts before you can use that feature.

you can go in the chat at any time but to talk to alot of us you can go to chat on thursdays

JD at the bottom of the forum page list who's on, and who's in chat. I saw you were on last night that's why I pm you to come join chat. Also the dot by your name light's up [changes color] and you can tell that person's on line.
