My 2 cents worth:

They should have paid you at minimum $50 per hour for that many kids. Also, Keep in mind that many of the kids' parents may call the Holiday Inn to find out what you charge and if they tell the parents you are cheap, they will expect the same. Don't be afraid to charge what you know you are worth!
