One solution might be to use a water-based makeup - face painting type makeup like Snazaroo, Mehron Paradise, Ben Nye MagiCake, Kryolan AquaColor, etc...

To make it last, spray it with the like of Ben Nye Liquiset.

Didn't Johnny Bench used to do the commercials for Kryolan? "No runs, no drips, no errors?"

one thing that is good to use is ponds cold cream but use a very thin layer where you have fritcon when you rub it around almost like you not rubbing anything on it will keep your face solf & make it easyer to come off plus i use a back brush to scrub it off
