Ah, ok. I thought that could have been what you meant, also. Ben Nye is a legitimate theatrical makeup which is more creamy in base than, say, Mehron.
In that case, my advice is, firstly, PAT WELL. Make sure that the white is evened out and matted on your face - neither clumpy, blotchy, nor too thin anywhere. Next, as I previously mentioned. Powder, powder, powder, and powder some more. It isn't a light powdering over, but a literal coating of your face in powder, somewhat heavily. Get it all set in well. And let it sit there for a bit to settle in before you dust off the excess. Really, that ought to set the makeup properly. If it doesn't - and there are still wet spots after powdering.. go back and powder over them again! It simply HAS to be dry before you go out or else you are going to have problems.
