Visiting Nursing Homes

Thanks to all who replied to my post about having to re-invent my clown. Now I need to pick your brain for ideas to do when I'm doing my nursing home visits. We have some super sharp residents. One thing I do do that always goes over great, I get lots of compliments on my red hair, how they wish they had hair like that, I whip off my hair and plop it on them, can't do that all the time, would soon get old. Looking for other ideas to amuse them, and trust me we have more that want to be amused than those who aren't there anymore. The nursing home of today is quite different from what it use to be. We also do not refer to them as nursing homes here, they are called Long Term Care Centers. A different venue, a different type of audience. Looking for any ideas that have worked for you all. Thanks a lot!!!!
