I have not made clown business cards, but I have done the print your own. Most office supply stores have the business card paper templates. I have also gone with vistaprint.com. The offer "free" cards if you play the shipping and handling (less than $10 last time I ordered). I am not sure if the free cards allow you to design your own.

I just ordered some from 123Print: Business Cards $3.95 and Custom Printing Their prices are good and it was easy to upload and design card. I should be getting them this week so I'll let you know how I like them.

This is where several people I know get their cards from...
You can get full color on both sides for a very reasonable rate...
Say, you wanted 10,000 cards, both sides in color, it's $95.

I got my cards today. I'm not really happy with them, my photo came out darker than it is on my computer. I want to get a better picture anyway so back to the drawling board.
