Houston. There are a lot of clowns in the Houston area. Cheerful clown alley is hugh.
They always have a big showing at COAI.
It is always exciting to go back down there for the Joey to the World confrence. We have about 300 clowns every year for that 2 day ministry event. You guys should think about it. www.joeytotheworld.org

Pinky most of the clown rules are jsut guidlines the only real clown rules are dont do anything children shouldn't do while in clown & stay away from children that are or seem scared if there is anything else that is a real rule i cant think of it right now

yeah, I king of cringed at that part.
But in Houston we have our own version of the clown police and they are very strict. I fight that all the time. And the no green wig comment? Tell that to Greenie the clown. She won 1st place in COAI in hers.
While on the board I tried to relax the whole rule thing. It is an art form and should be treated as such and not dictated by a few who choose to make up rules.
The most redicules...You must put make up on your hands even under gloves in case you have to take the gloves off. PULEEESE.
