if they're poping alot, try letting a little more air out after you blow it up, when first starting it's easy to work with a little less air until you get the hang of how much room you need for the twist you want to do, ie the poodle [which i hate to do] nees only about 11 inches but you need the rest of the balloon for all those twist bubbles.

Bannan Tree, on Ebay type balloon inflator into the search engine. There is a guy on there that makes a really nice one for less that $100.00.
Just thought I'd let you know.

Heya everyone, me again. I kinda feel bad asking all these questions.
I've just masterered the sword balloon and the blade part is bent. How can you inflate the balloon straight.
Saphire Sue, you seem to be the Balloon Queen, have you ever made any simple hats, that you think a beginner could make
Thanks everyone ~~hugs~~

Shady, you just have to rub the balloon up and down a little firm to get it to straighten up and stay that way, most will, some wont, don't worry to much. The hats I do are Simple but the guys have listed some cool sites, I start with the basic ring around the head for size in add stuff, like parrot, heart balloon for girl, I can make a base ball cap, take one 260, do an s twist as close to end as you can this is the top the push another balloon through the two wholes in the s and pinch at the back this makes the brim and the body of the hat, big ball cap. Kid's helmet [you can call them anything one balloon around head twist place what's left over to other end and twist. simple hat, can add small balloons to make more special ie heart for girls crown, twist other balloons in different color to make a rainbow, just play around and see what you can come up with. I hope this helps, I really don't do much, I learned a lot to start off with, but in my area, kids want what ever the other kid want so the first few you make is what they all ask for, one night I litterally made only 3 types, dog on a leash, sword, flower, I was so busy I didn't have time to twist others they were asking for what they had seen others get.

Every time I do a sword I think of the old Droopy cartoon. "You baad Dragon. I'm going to slay you."
Please, someone tell me I'm not alone
