I'm doing full covering.
Could the super white powder be better than the neutral one for a more intense white color?
(I'm looking for max contrast between black and white).
white:
2.5 oz clown white lite
1.75oz superwhite powder
black:
black lipcolor
creme color black pencil -or- a pot with black creme color (for applying with a brush?)
I have a few brushes, any other tools that will come in handy?
Yes. THe white powder will give you maximum brite white but use the neutra set on the black. White powder on black gives a grey appearance and don't use baby powder. I used it many years ago when everyone did. There is a better way now. Use the specialized powders.

Yes. The neutra set pwder will set both no problem Its is also less wastefull that baby pwder. Never put it in a sock. (Old trick) too wasteful. use a puff.
