Default Beard Issues - Any Suggestions?

I've recently had a couple of all day gigs where I was in face. the problem that I'm having is that after about 4 hours, my moustache starts coming in and starts to crack (it doesn't happen with my chin or side - apparently they grow slower).....I've tried different kinds of clown white, and it's fine until about half way through the day.

Any Help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

Wow, that is a fast growing moustache. What type of powder do you use?

Did you try driving it inside with a hammer and then chewing it off?

I'm currently using baby powder - do you think that could make a difference?

It could, I use baby powder as well but I have talked with others who found that over time they needed to switch to the Neutra-set or other professional finely ground powders. The theory was that because they were more finely ground you would use less and that it was slightly more flexible on the face. Seems like a stretch for me but something worked for them. Whether it was a combination of a different white and the powder I can't say.

How yould you look if you didn't shave your moustache right before you applied your makeup? That way yoou would already have a very slight stubble. If you applied your makeup like normal it seems that as your moustache continued to grow it wouldn't be breaking through the "wall" of your makeup.
