Default Alittle more info on my dog, Fifi

Fifi is my therapy dog and just to add, She does great with loud noises, children my make-up dosent bother her we alresdy have matching costumes and she does fine in it She does Quite a few tricks she salutes (she brings paw to forehead then down) she sits, stay, lay down, dances, shakes, does a twist and shout which is barking and turns around, she begs, she does a paws up which is where she stands on her two back legs and puts her front paaws on a leg or a wheelchair or whatever. She also does a touch where I put my right hand wherever and she will touch it with her nose.
She really is quite impressive. She is a therapy dog so she is use to all kinds of situations. We are insured thourgh being a therapy dog but not if we go do a party and get paid then I cant claim her at the party as a therapy dog if we get paid therefore she wouldnt be insured if something would happen. Thanks for the imput so far.

Sounds like you are all set -- Only you know Fifi, I just had to
list the questions that I would recommend asking before anyone
tried to use a dog in a clowning situation.

I would fully recommend performers' insurance -- to anyone
in this day and age. Check COAI and their magazine to find
vendors.

Good luck!

Sounds like a very intelligent animal. I've seen animals used in several places and they are well received. I've even used one once during craniosacral therapy to decrease pain. Worked well, and Upledger has been using dolphins in is studies in Florida [free, not captured]
