The Scunci Steamers don't last long, I went through 2 of them and I have decided not to buy another one.. I hope that there will be a better hand steamer to come out soon! I love to use the steamers!

Hi every body, depriving the critters and their offspring in a bag is a good idea. I heard rid products are not alway effective. Heat works well Hot enough long enough!! Hair dryer can be used also. The hat has to withstand High Heat levels. For all you Clowns with grade schoolers there was a study done at one of the colleges and they found that lice died by being immersed in olive oil . Can you imagine all you have to use is simple olive oil to rid kids of lice.It does work by the way,

You can drown almost anything in olive oil if you hold it under long enough I suppose.

SInce I cannot do balloons due to latex allergies,
I have 24 wigs that look just like mine (they were only $3 each sold in a lot on ebay) and I use this as my "grand finale" magic trick at BD parties that the kids and I do to trick the parents.
With my magic (wand) paintbrush, the kids scramble behind a fabric panel to put on the wigs and then we all appear as having multi colored hair. The kids get a kick out of surprising their parents and it makes a great group photo of the party. You can't see it under my beret, but the wigs are spiky punk wigs in bright neon colors, so it looks really funny to see all these spiky-headed kids as a colorful bunch!
I've never had a problem because I am meticulous about the caring for the safety and wear and tear of the wigs and follow hygienic procedures.

I've heard of that before and I think I'll try it. I have a great cloth hat that folds out to several other hats that I can use-birthday, Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter. Thanks for the great tip!

I have to ask you one thing.
how come no one of you tried to buy dog collars against all kinds of insects.
dog collars works great at 60 cm range so, you put you're hats at one place and collar beside it and it will kill all of the unwanted creatures in a few hours..
try that out, I think it could work just fine
