Lightbulb Clown Totes - Purses - Cheep

was in my home away from home - the JoAnn Fabrics & Crafts chain.
In their Summer seasonal stuff they have what are probably intended to be beach or picnic totes in GREAT clown colors.
They look like straw but are woven vinyl strips - wiper-offers if I ever saw them.

I got several in different colors as they were on sale for just under $8 bucks each. A little creative clownage for decorations and these will be super duper clown purses. They are about 1" deeper than most totes, so more clownage totability!!!!

just passing it along .....

Lightbulb clown purses

I'm glad to see another clown that uses purses. I just don't like the look of big outside patch pockets on my clown skirts. (See pics for some ideas) Notice the handbag that is a popular purse.

That "hand" bag, do you like it? I was thinking about it for myelf. How big is it? I thought it was more of a novelty and couldn't hold much. Your thoughts?

Well, I made mine, if you make yours you can make it any size you want. I like a long strap so it hangs at my hips. It's a good conversation starter. Most folks won't get hand-bag unless you bring it up. Priscilla M. makes them. I didn't make any to sell although you can check out my web at missprisstheclown.com for other costumes and props for sell.
