Shriners aren't supposed to have animals for props, so I won't be going down that road. I wish you luck on this, but a rabbit in the house is a recipe for disaster.

When I was serious about my rabbits (champion quality show breeds) they stayed out in a shed but some of the breeders spoke about having a pet rabbit loose in the house. If I remember right (15 years ago) they kept the pan in the cage until it learned to urinate in the pan and often used the pan for #2. The few stray pellets are easy to sweep up so they didn't worry much about them but cleaned up each day. The urine is the part which will stink up the house.
