Well I bought one our to the craft section at Wal-mart [wedding section] , all white, works on ac or batteries. It's worked good for me so far. Bought a cheaper one from the kids section had to refill it every 5 mins. [gave that one away]

Check out the toy section of Wal-Mart or Target. I believe they are made by Gazillion Bubbles. They are terrific. They run around twenty bucks and are designed to use their soap. The soap DOES make a difference! These machines make a ton of bubbles, but, you do need to put them some where that little kids can't reach them. They are just to tempting to play with and a bit on the fragile side.

Speaking of bubbles...

This website has been around for a while, but have noticed that they've updated their copyright for 2008. Maybe a potential for these hitting the market sometime...

Anyway, here's a link for: Zubbles... The World's First Colored Bubbles!

I remember visiting their website. Wow, that was years ago. It would be nice to actually see these on the market.

Hi Tim,

I don't know if such is the case with all bubble machines, however, my sister inlaw got one once for my nephews birthday party and set it up on the deck railing out back. It blew beautiful bubbles for hours but before long, the grass all around the deck was slippery as all get-out. It was like walking on ice (Whoop - BOOM!)

I'd take precautions if ya plan to use it for an extended period of time throughout the day.

Just a thought....

I got one at Target for $10 at the beginning of the summer, the battery door was on the top, very important for replacing batteries without getting bubble stuff on your hands.

If you add glycerin to the bubbles they stay unpopped for longer.
