blowing bubbles into bubbles

Is there anyone of you who knows how to blow bubbles into bubbles. If seen it once been done but there wasn't an opportunity to ask. I would love to know.

I have seen a gentleman hold the balloon close to his mouth and place a second wand on the bubble, then with a quick puff blow a bubble into the bubble. Elaine Barton (Could be the wrong last name. She taught at Moosecamp in 2005) dipped a straw into the bubble solution and then inserted it into the first bubble and blew as many as she wanted.
