They do make a convertible version of the smart fortwo. My dealer said they have a 16 month waiting list, so it might take a while.

I will have to find some time to drive around town as a clown. Maybe stop at the bank, McDonalds, and a few other places.

I don't have clown shoes yet, so I don't know if they fit inside. But it is rather roomy for the size. You sit up straight unlike a sports car, so you aren't low to the ground.
