Default Homemade Kazoos

Does anyone know where to find instuctions, tutorials or ideas on making homemade kazoos? I'm looking to make about a dozen of them and need them to be large enough to stand out in a crowd. I have seen pics before of one made from a pool noodle, I think somewhere on here infact, but can't find it now! Thanks!!

Hey Chatters.....you can make your kazoo out of most anything as long as you stick a kazoo in someplace and have the top (open) part out and not covered. I've made them from jugs, paper tubes, etc.

I think I know what you're talking about with the noodles, but can't remember where I saw it.

There was a how-to article in "New Calliope" last spring. It's the issue with Priscilla Mooseburger on the cover.

My kazoo uses a pool noodle...

As long as you have a real kazoo when you begin, you can add on anything your imagination can come up with.

I don't have instructions or pic. but my alley was talking about using liquid detergent bottles decorated with the kazoo mounted on top so it looks like a big horn type instrument.

I like to use a paper and comb as an impromptu kazoo. It is the most simple thing.

Sue......our alley did this and we had a ball. So many different kinds! It was unreal. You can really come up with cool stuff if you let your imagination go wild! I like Sir Tooney's kazoo from pool noodles......very cool.......how did you get the bottom part to bend?
