Baby on board

Has anyone thought of a skit using a baby (real or doll), placing them sitting on a piece of lumber (maybe a piece of plywood) for
"Baby on Board"?
... Or use a box: "Baby on Cardboard"
Or Baby on Checkerboard
Baby on Shuffleboard

the list can go on and on...
